How to Book a UKT Tour

Okay, so we might have a lot more information on our site than most folks. But, booking with us is as easy as pie! We do all of the planning, booking, and logistics for you, so all you have to do is the following: 

 

1. Pick your region. Louisville, Bardstown, Frankfort, Lexington, or NKY. 

2. Pick your tour type. Our tour types are RTD (ready to drink), Perfect Day Tours, custom tours, or golf tours. 

   1. For custom tours, pick your stops! These can be found on the regions pages or in the full distillery list.. Or, for a more detailed list, please reach out to us and we'll send you more information! 

3. Call us. Once we discuss your tour type, dates, and group size. We will put your itinerary together and send you an invoice.  

4. Pay invoice. We will send you an invoice for 50% of your bill as a deposit. Our deposits are sent via PayPal invoices due to its large number or payment options and peace-of-mind buyer protection. Once we receive your deposit, we will complete your distillery bookings and reserve your vehicle and driver.  You have the option to pay in full as well, if you prefer. 

5. Prepare for your trip! Simple dress for the weather and any activities that you chose. We take care of all the booking, planning, and logistics. 

6. Get picked up. We’ll pick your group up at your hotel or airbnb the morning of your scheduled tour. We’ll plan to get you home around 5:00 PM.
